SFH6916 Description
A silicon planar phototransistor detector and a GaAs infrared emitter are optically connected in the SFH6916, which has 16 pins and a 50 mil lead pitch miniflat box. High isolation voltage, a low coupling capacitance, and a high current transfer ratio are all characteristics of this device.
The coupling devices are made to transmit signals between two electrically distinct circuits.
