VO14642AABTR Description

High speed single channel normally open solid-state relay (SPST - 1 form A) in a DIP-6 packaging is the VO14642AABTR. The relay is built as a hybrid multi-chip device. Low forward current on the input side is enabled by an infrared LED with excellent efficiency. High performance MOSFET switches on the output side offer a low RON and can be set up for AC/DC or DC only operation.
