DG2003DQ-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG2003. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 2.5Ohm. The datasheets for the 8 pins explain the functions. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. Digital switch that provides Single power at a cost-effective price. 1.8V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The switch device would be able to operate with 20nA current. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.8V~5.5V. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. It is possible to operate 2 inputs.
