DG413DJ Overview

Due to its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. It is mounted in the position Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 100pA current. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. Operating 4 inputs is required. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 25Ohm ohms.
