SI9110DJ-E3 Overview

Capsuled in the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's9.5V~13.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 40kHz~1MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Reset. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . A variety of 14 terminations are available in dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 48V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "SI9110". There are a total of 14 pins on switching converter. In particular, switching converter belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers family. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 9.7V voltage. In most cases, the dc dc regulator's output current is 10mA. This information should be noted when you begin working with the component. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 50 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability. This Through Hole makes DC switcher suitable for most prototypes and applications. There is 3MHz frequency setting on the switching controller. 120V is the nominal working voltage. An output current greater than 150μA cannot be provided by the dc switcher.
