Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 9V~13.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Switching can be done at 40kHz~1MHz with this switching controller.
