It comes in a PowerPAK? MLP65-20 package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 10.5V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
