The enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package makes it an excellent LED driver.There is a Bulk package for this receiver.It has proved to be a valuable component for a variety of applications since it is a Transceiver can transceiver.You can place this wide receiver to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.With respect to the power supply, this differential driver uses 4.75V~5.25V.As many as 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers can be used simultaneously with this electronic part.IC receiver likes this one are designed for use in applications where operating temperatures are -40°C~125°C.You can search with SI9200 to get more variants of this part, since it identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.This transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 5V.ICs implement a total of 1 transceivers.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 125°C during operation.This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 5.25V.When the input current reaches or exceeds 75mA, this can transceiver could have mal-functions.It is required that the supply voltage for this line driver ic is at least 4.75V.As part of the 8-SOIC supplier package, this line driver ic is integrated into the system.
