There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A total of 285 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 75520 logic elements/cells are required. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1V. Field Programmable Gate Arrays family FPGA part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin.
