XC1701LPCG20I Overview
An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used for this.External packaging for the Tray series.-40°C~85°C license holder.OTP allows for programmability.An electric current of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.FPGA is limFPGAed to 1Mb bytes for the size of the data storage.You can search "XC1701L" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.There are different functions that can be applied on the 20 axis when it comes to terminating.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.There must be a minimum voltage of 3V to supply the device with the power it needs.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 245.FPGA has pins on the 20 axis.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.An operating voltage of 0.01mA is allowed for the memory chip.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.FPGA is a 15MHz-frequency memory IC.The I/O configuration of the memory is COMMON.Using a 3.3V power supply is recommended for best results.Our product line now includes USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS in order to provide a better level of service to our customers.
