This package makes use of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) programming language.External packaging for the Tube series.Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C.Through OTP, it is programmable.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.A data storage size of 128kb is allowed.Try searching "XC17128EL" for more parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.Reflow soldering should be done at no higher than 225 degrees.20 pins are present.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.005mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 15MHz frequency.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.3.3V power supplies are recommended.Memory features USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS to better serve the need.
