XC17V01PC20C Overview
An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used for this.Packaging for the external environment.In the state of 0°C~70°C, licensed to work.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.The memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to 1Mb bytes.To find other similar parts, search for "XC17V01".There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.An CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 225 degrees during the process.The 20 pins are on the board.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.015mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 15MHz frequency, so I will mention that.In the memory, the I/O configuration has been set to COMMON.The best power supply to use is a 3.3V power supply, which is highly recommended.
