XC18V01PC20I Overview
The package uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) interface.Packaging outside of Tube.In the state of -40°C~85°C, licensed to work.Using the In System Programmable axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.With a voltage of 3V~3.6V, it is powered.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.To find other similar parts, search for "XC18V01".3.3V is the required supply voltage.A termination with different functions in the 20 axis.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.A 20 pin is included in it.Through PARALLEL/SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.025mA.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 33MHz frequency that can be operated at.Using 3.3V on the part before use will help the part run safely and reliably in a circuit.Specifically, It is a kind of Flash Memories.
