XC7A15T-2FTG256I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. Having 170 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. To form a fundamental building block, there are 16640 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1V volts is required. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. The supply voltage of the device is 0.95V~1.05V , at which it runs. As part of the Artix-7 series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. As a whole, it has 256 terminations. This device is equipped with 921600 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si921600e. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. There are 256 pins on this device. An array of 1300 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. The registers used in the transfer of and storage of data are 20800 in number.
