There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. A total of 170 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block consists of 33208 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 0.95V~1.05V . It is a type of FPGA belonging to the Artix-7 seies. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~100°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. During the installation of this device, 170 outputs were incorporated.
