There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 1156-BBGA, FCBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. A total of 520 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 444343 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1V volts needs to be provided. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part.
