A 1760-BBGA, FCBGA package is provided with this component. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. A total of 702 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 1176000 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 0.95V volts needs to be provided. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Powered by a 0.922V~0.979V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the Virtex? UltraScale? series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Bulk. This device has 62259200 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. For the program to work properly, the RAM si7.6MBe of this FPGA module must reach 7.6MB GB in order to ensure normal operation. The FPGA consists of 67200 LABs/CLBs.
