There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 2377-BBGA, FCBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. A total of 1300 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. To form a fundamental building block, there are 5540850 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 0.95V. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. There is a 0.922V~0.979V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. As part of the Virtex? UltraScale? series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~100°C TJ. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. This device has 90726400 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. An array of 316620 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA.
