ZRA245A02 Overview
A handy package called TO-92 is used.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.45V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 2.45V is output.
