A handy package called TO-92 is used.The 8 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 6.17V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C.A voltage of 6.17V is output.
