S-80130ALPF-JAPTFG Overview

There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-801 series product line.
