Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 0.9V~10V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 5 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 0.9V. DC regulator outputs 1.8V voltage according to the test statistics.
