Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 0.9V~10V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 600kHz . The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
