PDB-708 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 300V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 300V continuously. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
