As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 60°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -20°C as a minimum operating temperature. It's important to have 50V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
