QSD2030F Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 50V. Photodiodes have pins 2. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 100mW heat within a circuit. An ideal circuit would allow the photodiodes to release a maximum amount of heat in the form of 100mW heat. A reverse voltage 50V does not affect the photodiodes in the DC circuit. Getting current to flow across a photodiode requires the voltage 1.3V. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
