In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
