PDB-C139 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 50V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 25V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 5nA electrical current.
