PDB-C502-SMA Overview

The photodiodes are put into SMA packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 100V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 45pA current.
