PDB-C503-SMA Overview

The photodiodes are put into SMA packages for safety protection. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 65pA current.
