The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 75V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 100°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -40°C. Make sure photodiodes work with 50V breakdown voltage. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 75nA even without light input.
