PDB-C614-3 Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 250nA current even if no light is provided.
