PDB-V604-2 Overview

Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 12nA.
