The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. Photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 25V over a continuous period of time. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 30nA electrical current.
