PDI-C115-F Product Details

PDI-C115-F Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V continuously. Photodiodes exhibit 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
