PDU-V105 Overview


The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 75V. A photodiode occurs even at 2pA current without light input.
