AD630KNZ Overview
0Hz~2MHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.In the Tube package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Through Hole-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 20 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least -25°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 5mA.
