HMC735LP5ETR Overview

The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 10.5GHz~12.2GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
