AD6672BCPZ-250 Overview
RF IC features an enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The Tray package contains this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 32 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 235mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
