AD8330ACPZ-R2 Overview
A 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used to package the op amp. Op amps are Variable Gain types of amplifier on the chip. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 16 terminations this year. It consists of a total of 16 pins in total. The op amp ic has an array of 16 pins on it.
