AD9522-3BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V.
