ADF4107BRU Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 7GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage provided.
