ADF4150BCPZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic.
