ADF4156BCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 6.2GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.3V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. There should be 2.7V~3.3V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels.
