ADF4153BCPZ-RL Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 4GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.3V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V.
