ADF4155BCPZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
