ADF4155BCPZ Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
