It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
