In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the 16-TFLGA Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
