This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C TA. Totally, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component.
