This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. There is a switching frequency of 3MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.3V. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
